PECAN REMOULADE
1/2 cup toasted pecans
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup parsley leaves
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process until all ingredients are finely chopped and combined, about 10-15 seconds. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
