4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
pinch fine sea salt
2 cups Toasted Pecan Milk, see recipe
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Marshmallows, to serve
1. In a small bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, and sea salt.
2. Bring Toasted Pecan Milk to a simmer in a small pot. Whisk in cocoa mixture and
simmer just until dissolved, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Serve hot with marshmallows.
