1 (2 1/2 lb.) fully ripened Brie 

2/3 c. coarsely chopped pecans 

2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 

Remove rind from top of cheese, cutting to within 1/4- inch of outside edges. Place cheese on an ungreased baking sheet and arrange pecans over top.  Sprinkle with sugar. Broil 8 inches from heat 3 to 5 minutes or until sugar and cheese are bubbly. Serve with crackers.
