2 cups olive or canola¾ cup red wine vinegar3 garlic clovesdash of honey1 shallotsalt and pepper1 cup cranberries (great use for leftover cranberry sauce!)¼ cup pecans
Combine garlic, shallot, cranberries, pecans, salt and pepper and vinegar in a blender. Slowly add oil until well blended.
