3/4 c. pecans, chopped fine

4 c. rolled oats 

1/2 c. wheat germ

1/4 c. sesame seed

1/4 c. millet 

1 c. raisins ( optional)

Sauce:

1/3 c. honey 

1/3 c. safflower oil

1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine chopped pecans, oats, wheat germ and sesame seed in a large bowl.  Heat honey and oil together, until well blended.  Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.  Mix with oat mixture, coating all ingredients thoroughly . Spread cereal in large shallow pan and brown lightly in a 325 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and add raisins if desired.  Store in tightly covered container.  Makes 2 pounds.
