10 oz. sharp Cheddar cold pack cheese food (Wisprise is good)
2 Tbsp. bourbon whiskey
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Let chesse come to room temperature, then mix all ingredients, except pecans, thoroughly. Chill until stiff enough to form into one large or two medium sized balls. Roll in pecans until completely covered. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Serve at room temperature on assorted crackers.
